There is no greater source of joy and meaning in our lives than our relationships with others.”

– Esther Perel

  • Couples

Couples therapy is where couples get to the heart of their relationship, digging beneath the surface of everyday conflicts to understand the deeper emotions and stories at play. It’s not just about learning to communicate better – it’s about identifying the patterns that keep you feeling disconnected and working together to build a stronger, more secure bond.

  • Families

Family therapy with parents and their children focuses on improving communication, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills within the family unit. Incorporating play, storytelling, art, structured skills, and creative activities to help children express their emotions and understand their thoughts. Parents can learn how to connect with their children and help their kids manage anxiety, frustration, or behavioral challenges.

  • Teens & Young Adults

The teen and young adult years are often described as a rollercoaster, and for good reason. This is a time of growth and change, as well as emotional ups and downs. For many emerging adults, this chapter also represents a time of significant mental health challenges and identity questions. And let’s be honest, balancing academic pressure, social life, romantic relationships, and figuring out the future can be extremely distressing. I love to work with young adults finding out who they are and being for them as they grow.
